Food Vendors

 

We invite you to participate in the 61st Northumberland Scottish Festival and Highland Games, scheduled for June 20th and 21st, 2025 at Port Hope Agricultural Park. The event will take place rain or shine.

 

  • Make sure to review the 2025 Regulations before completing the online application below to understand your responsibilities as a vendor.

  • Remember to submit your deposit or full payment to reserve your spot.

Food Vendor Instructions

  • Review the 2025 Regulations before completing your application to understand your responsibilities as a vendor at the Northumberland Scottish Festival and Highland Games.

 

Documentation​

  • Food vendors must provide the following documents to us by April 30, 2025

    • Current TSSA certification (applies to vendors using Propane)

    • Current Local Health Department Certificate (applies to out of area vendors)

    • Special Event Health Permit. Download the form here.

  • Food vendors must provide the following document to us by May 24, 2025

    • Current Liability Insurance ($2,000,000 minimum)​

  • Send the above documentation to us by email at ​northumberlandgamesconcessions@gmail.com or to our address at Cobourg Highland Games Society, P.O. Box 424, Cobourg, ON K9A 4L1

  • Documents should be in PDF format, cell phone photos are not acceptable.

  • The above documents must be available for inspection during the Festival by:

    • Northumberland Highland Games

    • Town of Port Hope

    • Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit

2025 Food Vendor Regulations

Fees

  • Fee for selling a Single Food Item is $300 + HST

  • Fee for selling Multiple Food Items is $450 + HST

 

Payment

  • All applications must include a deposit of $100 or payment in full.

  • Balance owing must be paid by May 11, 2025. Failure to pay by this date means your spot will be cancelled.

  • No refunds will be made after April 30, 2025.

  • Our legal name is Cobourg Highland Games Society, operating as the Northumberland Scottish Festival and Highland Games.

  • Vendors should bring their own generators as hydro is unavailable at the park.

  • Water is unavailable at the park.

  • Vendors must advise us of their intention to "dry park" in the Corral area on Friday night.
